The site and its services are offered by iJUG e.V.. By using the website, you accept the following terms and conditions for their use.

The site, as well as the offers are directed only at entrepreneurs in accordance with § 14 BGB, including people in their professional area, and not to consumers. Should you as a consumer wish to make use of this website or the services offered, consult iJUG.

Use of the website

The use of the website and its services is permitted only for the statutory purposes of iJUG. iJUG may amend, change or adjust these offers at any time, without prior notice and justification. iJUG can also temporarily restrict these offers, for example, due to capacity or technical reasons. There is no entitlement to the offers. Disruptive interferences of any kind of this offer by iJUG are prohibited and can be prosecuted criminally and civilly.

Registration as a user

To take full advantage of the services offer by iJUG, free registration is required. Only natural persons who are of legal age may register. There is no entitlement to registration. iJUG reserves the right to refuse registrations. The registration can be deleted at any time, but posts will be preserved anonymously.

Obligations as a registered user

The password selected during registration is confidential and must not be communicated to third parties. Users are prohibited from allowing third parties the use of iJUG with someone else's data. Misplacement and misuse must be reported immediately.

Discussions and posts on iJUG websites, the social principles of respectful and courteous treatment with each other must be adhered to by the user. It is prohibited to make accessible, provide or distribute violent, racist, pornographic or otherwise offensive, immoral or unlawful content. Infringements can lead to deletion and the temporary or permanent ban of use.

Each user is responsible for the content that it makes available, provides or disseminates through iJUG. Each user agrees to have the necessary rights to the content and that they do not infringe upon the rights of third parties. Images by persons other than the user, the user must provide consent.

The user indemnifies iJUG from all claims asserted by third parties against iJUG due to a culpable violation of their rights by the contents posted by the user within iJUG or other use of available offers through iJUG.

Responsibility of iJUG

As a service provider, iJUG is pursuant to § 7 Abs.1 TMG responsible for it's own contents on these pages under the general laws. According to §§ 8 through 10 TMG, as a service provider iJUG is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general laws remain unaffected. Relevant liability is only possible from the date of knowledge of a concrete infringement. Upon notification of such violations, iJUG will remove the content immediately.

The iJUG website contains links to external websites over which iJUG has no influence. For this reason, iJUG can assume no liability for this external content. The provider or operator shall be responsible for the content of linked sites. The linked sites are checked at the time of linking for possible violations of law. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the linked sites is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. Upon notification of violations, iJUG will immediately remove such links.

iJUG and their agents are liable to users for damages resulting from the injury of life, body or health, based on a deliberate or negligent breach of duty, as well as for other damages, which are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and bad faith. Also, iJUG is liable without limitation for damages covered by the liability according to binding legal regulations, such as the Product Liability Act, as well as in the case of assumption of guarantees. Loss or damage for which liability is not excluded, iJUG is liable for the amount limited to the contract-typical foreseeable damages.

Liability for Information

iJUG provides a variety of information on the Internet. This information shall be regularly maintained and updated. iJUG accepts despite careful acquisition and supply of information no liability for accuracy, completeness, accuracy or availability of information as part of the service for retrieval contents displayed.

The provider is responsible for all contents of external providers, which are included via a link in the offer by iJUG and this mark, in that they shall be presented in a new browser window. We assume no applicable liability. In addition, liability shall be limited to intent or gross negligence.

Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for non-commercial use only.

Insofar as the content on this site has not been created by the operator, the copyrights of any third party shall be respected. In particular, third party contents as such will be referenced.

Users claims arising from copyright infringement by their selected posts have iJUG to indemnify.

Users shall refrain from any and all anti-competitive behavior. Breach of competition law alone the user is solely responsible for the internal relationship and iJUG shall remain exempt from all claims of anti-competitive behavior.

Changes and Final Provisions

iJUG reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time and without notice. Users shall be notified of the change and may object to them. In the event of any conflict, iJUG reserves the right to terminate the use within a period of three days. Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the others shall continue to apply. The regulation takes place an invalid condition.
